The DSI director assigned three senior officials, including Deputy Director General of the DSI, Director of the Anti-Money Laundering Division, and Director of Special Equipment Research, to join the Election Commission's investigation committee to urgently support the investigation into the SUS-W election case. Previously, the 26th investigation committee of the Election Commission proposed to prosecute the real senators and 229 members of the Thai Proud Party.
Related to the urgent letter dated September 4, 2025, sent by Deputy Secretary-General of the Election Commission, Colonel Chaninthorn Noilek, to the Director General of the Department of Special Investigation for assistance in the investigation to oppose the national senate election.

The case involves charges against 229 individuals, with 138 being real senators and 91 from the Thai Prayers Muzian Party's executive committee, involving Sections 70 combined with 36, 62, 76, and 77 (1).
